About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in our Cebu City, Cebu office. This is a full-time role where you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional service to our valued customers. No prior BPO experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound customer calls and email inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Listening to customer needs and providing effective solutions to resolve their queries
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up as needed
  4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance
  5. Adhering to customer service policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service
  6. Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve performance

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency
  4. A positive attitude and the desire to provide exceptional customer service
  5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  6. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
