About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Gas Station Manager to join the team at Siccion Holdings Inc.'. Based in Concepcion Tarlac, this full-time role will see you supporting the overall management of the gas station, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting the Gas Station Manager with the day-to-day operations of the gas station
  • Overseeing staff schedules and supervision, ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Managing inventory, stock control and ordering of supplies
  • Monitoring and maintaining health, safety and security standards
  • Analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities to drive business growth
  • Supporting the implementation of marketing initiatives and promotions
  • Acting as the Gas Station Manager in their absence

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 months to 1year of experience in Gas Station as Supervisor or Assistant Manager
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional experience
  • Proficient in data analysis and financial management to support business growth
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to meet the evolving needs of the business
