Job Summary:

The Branch Head is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and performance of a branch, including business development, customer service, team management, compliance, and profitability. This role ensures that the branch meets or exceeds its goals while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branch Operations Management

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch.
  • Implement and monitor operational procedures and policies.
  • Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.

2. Team Leadership

  • Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

3. Financial Management

  • Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and profitability.
  • Prepare regular reports on branch performance.
  • Manage cash flow and financial transactions securely and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Sound knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.
