JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
  • Managing users and user roles.
  • Agent is obliged to come on time before dialing schedule which is 10:30 PM MNL Time.
  • Agent should do attendance monitoring 30mins before the shift or at least 15 mins before. Failure to do so will be considered late or absent.
  • Adherence to the time schedule given from the supervisor is high priority. Strict Compliance to attendance must be observed at all times. In case of absences, lates, and other instances that an employee may not be able to go to the office to do the shift. A proper notice must be given to the HR Department and your Supervisor/TL from the campaign 4 hours ahead of time before the start of the shift.
  • Failure to login/logout during duty hours will be subject to forfeiture of their pay for the day.
  • Agent should give a notice to the supervisor 4 hours before dialing if he or she is not able to come to work. Only medical issue or life and death situation is acceptable.
  • Agent is expected to come to work with appropriate attire. Adherence to the guidelines is a must.
  • Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analyst if necessary.
  • Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.
  • Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
  • Helping develop reports and analysis.
  • Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
  • Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
  • Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
  • Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.
  • Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
  • Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
  • Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems.
  • Training end users on new reports and dashboards.
  • Providing technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
  • Duties or tasks that the immediate supervisor or the Employer may assign from time to time other than those mentioned above.
