Job Description The Data Analyst supports the Procurement, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Executive Departments by conducting cost analyses, preparing reports, and maintaining cost control systems. The role ensures data accuracy and provides insights that enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and decision-making within the automotive industry. Roles and Responsibilities Handle and protect confidential business data in compliance with company standards and policies. Collect, organize, and interpret data using statistical and analytical methods to generate insights and actionable recommendations. Prepare accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and visual presentations for management and cross-functional teams. Identify trends, cost patterns, and performance indicators to support business planning and process improvement. Design and maintain databases, data collection tools, and analytics systems to improve data accuracy and accessibility. Gather data from primary and secondary sources and ensure database integrity and consistency. Work closely with the Executive Consultant and department heads to determine analytical priorities and reporting needs. Recommend and implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and cost optimization strategies. Create internal and external reports and visualizations that support business strategies and informed decision-making. Provide data-based insights to optimize procurement costs and overall operational performance. Qualifications Preferably with experience in the automotive, or retail industries. Minimum of three years of experience in data analysis or a related analytical role. Proficient in G-Suite and MS Office with advanced expertise in MS Excel. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Willing to work Monday to Friday and be on call 24/7 as needed. Can work from anywhere in the Philippines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
