JOB OVERVIEW The Data Analyst will focus on managing, analyzing, and visualizing data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data management, reporting, and dashboard development using Power BI, along with a solid understanding of data governance and best practices. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Data Management & Analysis Collect, clean, and structure data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. Perform data analysis to generate insights that support business objectives. Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective data solutions. Power BI Development Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. Optimize data models and visualizations for performance and usability. Implement and manage Power BI gateways, datasets, and security settings. Partner with cross‑functional teams (finance, operations, sales, etc.) to deliver actionable insights. Train and support users in accessing and interpreting Power BI dashboards. Troubleshoot issues related to data integrity, reporting errors, and dashboard functionality. Governance & Best Practices Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards. Maintain documentation for data sources, processes, and reporting workflows. Continuously improve reporting efficiency and accuracy through automation and process enhancements. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI development. Proven experience with Power BI (report creation, DAX, Power Query, data modeling). Experience with SQL and relational databases. Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar) is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
