JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Administration and management of sales reports database, reforecasting and mid-month forecasts in the data warehouse
  • Processing of sales data for reporting analysis, reviews and concessions.
  • Support Key Accounts in providing RFQs
  • Provision of quarterly pricing for PT Accounts
  • Evaluation of annual pricing for NPT accounts
  • Assistance in organizing contracts via Merrill Database
  • Data gathering for market research activities to generate reports on per category key players, competition, pricing, trade developments
  • Analysis of material costing and related templates
  • Maintenance of pricing computation and records
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties
  • Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS/QUALITIES

  • Must be a graduate of any four (4) year course preferably Business/ Marketing.
  • 2-year working experience in the related field\
  • Proficient in both oral and written communication
  • Computer literate (MS office and use of internet)
  • Good in customer relations, interpersonal relations
  • With knowledge in dealing with top level management and clients
