The Role

At NEW ERA PLACEMENT AGENCY CO.', we are seeking an enthusiastic Call Centre Agent to join our team in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to embark on a rewarding career in the client and sales administration industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Providing excellent customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calls
  2. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  4. Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to deliver consistent service standards
  6. Participating in regular training and development activities to enhance your skills

What We're Looking For

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively
  2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  5. Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills
  6. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred, but not required
