We're seeking a dynamic Operations Supervisor to lead a team of mortgage processing professionals. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for coaching, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Overview of the job role:

  • Supervise a team of 12–20 mortgage specialists
  • Track daily performance and share updates, tips, and action plans to meet SLAs
  • Foster a positive and productive team culture through coaching and recognition
  • Oversee pipeline management to ensure daily targets are achieved
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance and Performance Management
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and team huddles to align on goals and updates
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide guidance on complex scenarios
  • Identify trends and share insights with leadership for process improvements
  • Develop strategies and timelines to meet operational goals
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance

What we need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Open for College undergrads.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the BPO industry
  • Preferably with Billing experience
  • Background in banking, finance, insurance, or US mortgage servicing is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Confident with excellent negotiation and leadership abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php45,000.00 per month
