Job Summary:

The QA Staff is responsible in checking of cash, fuel products inventory, services, amenities, facilities and equipment at the gasoline station. This includes conducting spot cash count, fuel inventory reconciliation, inspecting cleanliness / condition of facilities , equipment and validating the implementation of operational customer service standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Conduct regular and surprise spot cash counts at the station to ensure cash on hand tallies with system records and daily sales report.

  2. Prepare and submit accurate cash audit reports with observations and recommendations for corrective action.

  3. Perform daily and periodic fuel dip stick readings and tank calibrations to verify actual fuel stock levels.

  4. Reconcile physical fuel inventory with pump meter readings and delivery receipts.

  5. Ensure proper documentation of fuel deliveries, transfers and consumption.

  6. Inspect the condition, cleanliness and operational readiness of station facilities including canopy, forecourt, signage, lighting and parking areas.

  7. Assess the working condition of equipment such as fuel dispensers, POS terminals, generator sets, tire inflators and CCTV systems.

  8. Validate staff compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP's) for customer greeting, fueling, upselling, safety checks and other service interactions.

  9. Observe and assess crew adherence to grooming standards, use of uniforms and proper handling of equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor's / College degree in Finance and Accountancy / Management or equivalent.

  2. At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for the position.

  3. Has a strong personality.

  4. Proficient in communication and written skills

  5. Knowledgeable in Microsoft office and relevant software.

  6. Honest, trustworthy and values integrity at work.

WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday
