We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Associate looking to kickstart their career in finance If you're passionate about numbers (and maybe tea too), and ready to grow in a dynamic food and beverage industry, we'd love to meet you

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately monitor and manage employee timesheets and attendance records
  • Assist in the preparation and tracking of billings and invoices
  • Organize and maintain financial documents and ensure proper filing for audit and compliance
  • Support daily accounting operations such as data entry, expense tracking, and petty cash monitoring
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely submission of accounting requirements

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (organizational/professional experience is a plus but not required)
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related fields
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic accounting tools
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
