Bancassurance Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with bank clients to identify their financial and insurance needs
  • Recommend appropriate products and services that match client goals
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Provide after-sales service and support
  • Achieve sales targets and performance metrics
  • Coordinate with bank personnel and company stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
  • Completed at least 2 years of college
  • Minimum 6 months of sales or customer service experience
  • Fresh graduates from business-related courses are welcome to apply
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Has a likable personality and positive values
  • Willing to be assigned onsite at a bank branch (Makati, Taguig, Muntinlupa/Paranaque, Pasig, Quezon City, Cavite, Pangasinan and Cebu etc.)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Non-taxable allowances: ₱5,000 to ₱15,000 (based on experience)
  • Commissions/Incentives: Performance-based (discussed upon job offer)
  • Travel incentives (as applicable)
  • HMO on Day 1 (plus 1 dependent)
  • Company-provided tools: iPad, SIM card for internet, and uniforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
