We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting to join our dynamic team at bty DSO management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the company
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  • Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations
  • Manage local accounting for SSO
  • Payroll Management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Certified Tax Technician- preferred but not required
  • Payroll Management Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
