Staff Outsourcing Solutions is hiring a Finance & Audit Lead to oversee accounting, auditing, and financial reporting for SOS and US-based companies. This senior role requires strong expertise in QuickBooks, financial controls, and compliance, with cross-border collaboration and team mentoring responsibilities.

• Lead accounting operations for SOS and assigned US-based entities
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure robust internal controls and audit readiness
• Collaborate with US stakeholders on accounting and reporting requirements
• Serve as the internal QuickBooks expert for advanced reporting and system optimization
• Train and mentor the local accounting team on best practices
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and advisors

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–7+ years of accounting, finance, or audit experience
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
• Strong knowledge of US accounting practices / US GAAP
• Experience in audits, internal controls, and compliance
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent is an advantage
• Excellent communication and cross-border collaboration skills
