In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our advisers by preparing high-quality financial advice documents, conducting research and analysis, and ensuring advice strategies are implemented efficiently. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent outcomes for clients. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial planning documents including Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs), and supporting implementation forms
  • Conduct research on superannuation, investments, insurance, and other financial products to support advice strategies
  • Model client strategies and prepare projections using financial planning software
  • Ensure advice documents and strategies are compliant with regulatory and licensee standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our systems (e.g. Xplan)
  • Liaise with advisers to clarify strategy requirements and confirm advice outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with client service staff to ensure smooth implementation of advice
  • Assist with ongoing process improvement and contribute to team development
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional

    Degree
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the Australian financial planning industry is required for this position
  • Previous experience with financial planning CRMs such as XPLAN is highly regarded
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location: Global One Building, Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Schedule: Monday to Friday, AU (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM MNL)

Work Arrangement: Primarily onsite with hybrid or work from home options available for the right candidate
