Qualifications of a Company Driver

• Must have a valid professional driver's license (with restriction codes 1,2, and 3).
• At least 2-3 years of proven driving experience (company/official driving preferred).
• Knowledge of traffic laws, road safety regulations, and vehicle maintenance.
• Physically fit, alert, and with good vision.
• With a clean driving record (no major accidents or violations).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
• Familiarity with local and regional routes/areas.
• Trustworthy, disciplined, and able to handle confidential company matters.
• Preferably with basic skills in vehicle troubleshooting.

Responsibilities of a Company Driver

• Safely transport company staff, visitors, and/or materials to designated destinations.
• Responsible for driving company executives, temporarily filling in for the regular company driver during absences.
• Responsible for operating company vehicles to transport goods or materials as needed, temporarily filling in for the regular company driver during absences.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle at all times.
• Conduct routine checks on the vehicle's condition (oil, water, brakes, tires, etc.) before use.
• Ensure timely pickup and drop-off schedules.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure passenger and vehicle safety.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading of baggage, equipment, or deliveries.
• Report any accidents, issues, or vehicle defects promptly to management.
• Secure and maintain all vehicle documents (registration, insurance, etc.) and ensure renewal on time.
• Support company operations by running errands, deliveries, or other driving-related tasks.
• Perform minor vehicle troubleshooting and coordinate with mechanics for necessary repairs.

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
