We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Branch Administrative Assistant to Join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle branch documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Assist in monitoring branch operations, schedules, and reports.
- Coordinate with other departments and provide support to branch staff.
- Manage office supplies, logistics, and petty cash.
- Prepare and submit regular branch reports to management.
- Support in customer service concerns and branch-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business related course or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of administrative/clerical experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php501.00 per day
