JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist the Procurement Team in developing procurement strategies in line with the company's objectives
  • Responsible for seeking locally reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality materials at reasonable prices, including terms and conditions
  • In charge of all material canvass for bid requirements and purchases of all awarded projects and office requirements.
  • Monitor delivery and lead time of materials from suppliers to the site /warehouse.
  • Establish timely purchase reports and monitoring for tracking and reference
  • Other duties that may be assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 to 5 years of working experience in the same capacity
  • Graduate of BS Engineering Course or any equivalent course
  • Exposure in glass and aluminum or the construction industry
  • Meticulous, Attention to Detail
  • Can read technical layout
