Job Description

As a Legal Assistant, you will support legal professionals by coordinating client communications, preparing and organizing evidence, managing administrative processes, and liaising with external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely legal case progression.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift, Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 3:00 pm Manila time, Weekends Off

Work setup: Permanent WFH

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in any field of study
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative, virtual assistant, or customer service roles
  • Paralegal experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications or Google Suite
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude
  • Effective time management skills
  • Proactive in offering and seeking assistance

Your Daily Tasks

  • Communicate with clients to prepare and gather evidence
  • Collect, sort, and review documentation for legal cases
  • Provide administrative support throughout the legal process
  • Liaise with insurance companies, lawyers, doctors, and their staff
  • Coordinate client appointments with specialists
