What you'll be doing

  1. Reviewing and managing construction contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  2. Ensuring all construction activities comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
  3. Coordinating with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to address technical issues and maintain project timelines
  4. Preparing and processing project-related documentation, such as invoices, reports, and change orders
  5. Providing technical support and advice to the construction team as needed
  6. Assisting with the implementation of quality control measures and project management best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
  3. Strong understanding of construction contracts, regulations, and project management principles
  4. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
  5. Proficient in using construction-related software and tools
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with various stakeholders
  7. Willing to work in Quezon City/Marikina Area and can start ASAP

Work Schedule:

  • Monday-Saturday 7:30am-5:00 pm
