Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead to architect and lead a comprehensive quality assurance strategy across both legacy and modern platforms.   • Hire and develop QA talent to support organizational growth.
  • Testing & Automation
  • Oversee and implement various testing types including:
  • Regression Testing
  • Smoke Testing
  • Functional Testing
  • Performance Testing
  • Penetration/Security Testing
  • Build and maintain test automation frameworks using:
  • TDD/BDD methodologies
  • Page Object Model
  • Appium for mobile testing
  • Terminal emulators for mainframe testing
  • Drive automation coverage with a goal of 100% regression test automation.
  • Process & Documentation
  • Establish QA best practices, standards, and documentation processes.
  • Ensure comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test reports are maintained.
  • Track and report on QA metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualification:

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in both manual and automated testing environments.
  • Strong understanding of mainframe systems and modern web architectures.
  • Experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have

  • Domain experience in the Cruise Industry, Travel & Hospitality, or E-commerce.
  • Familiarity with legacy modernization projects or hybrid system environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php140, Php170,000.00 per month
