Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and oversee our internal QA projects and initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and tracking multiple projects across different departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track internal QA projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with the QA management team to gather updates, escalate risks, and remove blockers.
  • Establish efficient processes and rituals to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to automate updates, streamline status reporting, and manage project artifacts.
  • Serve as the point of contact for planning and communicating key deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a QA or engineering environment.
  • Background in QA, test automation, or engineering.
  • Experience working in a tech company.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
