Senior QA Automation Lead

This is a role that involves leading the quality assurance strategy across teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of web and software products.

  • Define and implement testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • Drive test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.

The Ideal Candidate: We're looking for a proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills. You should have experience in writing automated tests, source control management, and testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.

  • Highly professional, willing to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5+ years experience in both manual and automation testing and at least 1 year experience in leading a team.
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework.
  • Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
  • Source control management like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
