Job Description

The Move-in Coordinator will manage and facilitate the entire move-in process for home buyers. Job responsibilities will include guiding new residents through the move-in process, ensuring a smooth transition, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

- Coordinating Move-in Dates and Times: This involves scheduling move-in appointments, and ensuring a smooth transition prior to, and during, unit occupancy.

- Managing Paperwork: This includes move-in documents, resident information, and other relevant documents.

- Communicating with Residents: Providing updates on move-in procedures and requirements.

- Coordinating Move-in Statuses: Ensuring the unit is prepared for occupancy

- Upload move-in documents in the system

WORK EXPERIENCE

The candidate must have experience in undertaking move-in activities for home buyers, with relevant experience with close coordination with buyers, contractors, engineers, Home Owner Associations/Village Admin, utility providers (water utility provider and power utility provider), and with other people related to the move-in and unit occupancy.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:

- Preferably Graduate of Architecture or Engineering course (with or without license).

- Any 4-year course

SKILLS

  1. Must have pleasing personality and humble demeanor
  2. Must have good verbal and written communication skills
  3. Must be able to review, analyze, and interpret move-in documents and other housing documents
  4. Must have good organizational skills
  5. Must be capable of managing and organizing various documents, ensuring their accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company policies and regulations
  6. Must have good problem-solving skills
  7. Must have good customer-relations skills (customer interaction activities will involve effectively communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Key aspects of customer relations skills include active listening. patience, empathy, problem-solving, and adaptability)
