Key Responsibilities

· Manage the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and matching of purchase orders

· Oversee cash processing and monthly bank reconciliations

· Monitor and follow up aged receivables across business units

· Collaborate with other finance team members, including another accountant and the finance manager

· Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives within the ERP environment.

Ideal Candidate

· At least 5-years' experience in accounting and finance operations (AP/AR, bank reconciliations, general ledger).

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Proficient with cloud-based systems and Excel.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Experience with Australian businesses or accounting standards (desirable)

· Approaches challenges with a can-do attitude and an interest in streamlining workflows
