About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Electrical Technician to join our expanding team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates eager to apply their knowledge and skills in the growing field of renewable energy.

What You'll Do

Training and Exposure:

- Participate in in-depth training at our Bataan solar farm.

- Gain hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems.

Plant Management:

- Manage the Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) for solar plant sites.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure our electrical systems are running optimally.

Substation Operations:

- Oversee the operations and maintenance of electrical substations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to keep our systems efficient.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with project managers and technicians to support our solar facilities.

- Provide technical support to ensure smooth operations.

Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards.

- Prepare performance and maintenance reports for our electrical systems.

What We're Looking For

Education: A degree in Electrical Engineering , or graduates from (TESDA) or any TESDA-accredited facility specializing in Electrical Installation/Maintenance or Renewable/Alternative Energy programs
