Jr. Solutions Engineer

We're looking for a Jr. Solutions Engineer who's passionate about technology and eager to work hands-on in AI Automation projects. In this role, you'll be involved in developing, implementing, and maintaining AI-driven solutions such as chatbots, workflow automations, and other tools that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

You'll collaborate with different departments to ensure that every solution is technically sound, scalable, and aligned with our business objectives. This role combines technical problem-solving, process improvement, and creativity—perfect for someone who enjoys turning ideas into real, working solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI-driven process improvement and automation.
  • Design, build, and maintain custom chatbots (for customer service, internal workflows, FAQs, etc.) using low-code or no-code platforms.
  • Develop, test, and deploy AI automations using approved RPA, NLP, or API-based frameworks.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend AI platforms, chatbot frameworks, and automation tools.
  • Participate in the full solution lifecycle — from scoping and prototyping to deployment and optimization.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and prepare comparative analyses of potential technologies.
  • Document solution designs, workflows, SOPs, and user guides for internal reference.
  • Support UAT and QA testing to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
  • Monitor deployed bots and automation systems, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
  • Perform light to moderate programming tasks to support integrations, updates, or maintenance.
  • Maintain proper documentation and version control for any code or scripts developed.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and deploy small-scale enhancements or data automation scripts.
Minimum Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with AI/chatbot platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, ChatGPT API, Rasa).
  • Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, or Make/Integromat).
  • Basic understanding of APIs, prompt engineering, and low-code/no-code automation tools.
  • Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or context-based chatbot design is an advantage.
  • Basic proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or SQL).
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools (Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, etc.).
  • Eagerness to explore and learn emerging technologies in AI and automation.
