ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prioritize work effectively
    , ensuring focus on the highest-impact tasks.
  • Manage timelines and scope
    , coordinating closely with stakeholders to keep projects aligned and on track.
  • Drive the product development and refinement process
    , proactively identifying and removing blockers across teams.
  • Ensure smooth execution
    , maintaining momentum and visibility on all ongoing workstreams.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    by coordinating test cycles, validating outcomes, and ensuring readiness for release.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 1-2 years experience in product development/management/project management
  • Self-starter, can work with minimum supervision, and is comfortable working in a startup environment
  • Able to communicate effectively with other departments and offshore teams
  • Familiar with agile development
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
  • Ability to drive work to completion with designers & engineers
  • Strong understanding of SDKs, APIs and other technology stacks in building products
  • Knowledge and practice in using product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Clickup (CU preferred)
  • Experience in startup work environment is preferred
