Day-to-day automation sustenance, improvement, and troubleshooting activities (Mechanical, Electrical, and Software). Involvement in the qualification, simulation, form fitting, and fine-tuning of every mechanization/automation project.
Involvement in the resolution of any encountered issues pertaining to mechanization/automation projects/activities. Generate technical documentation, preventative maintenance plans, and troubleshooting guides for newly established automated equipment/processes. Knowledge in:MechatronicsElectro-Pneumatics principlePLC working principleAutoCAD/SolidWorks software
Poka-yoke principles/application
Skills:Mechanical and/or electrical integrationPLC wire harnessing and programming
Computer programmingAutoCAD/SolidWorks drawing/design
Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams and mechanical drawings
Technical report writing/presentation
Qualifications:Graduate of Mechatronics Engineering or Electronics Engineering.At least 2 years of exposure in any related field and expertise in Mechatronics, SolidWorks design, PLC, and/or computer programming.
