Job Opportunity: Production Supervisor

INT Manpower Services is sourcing qualified candidates for our valued client, DoughPro. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee plant operations, ensure production efficiency, and maintain product quality standards.

Work Location:

DoughPro – Sterling Technopark, Silang, Cavite

Job Description

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets.

Ensure compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Monitor machine operations, manpower allocation, and workflow efficiency.

Train, guide, and evaluate production staff to maintain productivity and discipline.

Coordinate with other departments (QA, Maintenance, HR, etc.) to support smooth operations.

Prepare and submit production reports to management for review.

Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing/food processing setting.

Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Knowledge of production planning, safety standards, and quality control systems.

Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Willing to be deployed at DoughPro – Sterling Technopark, Silang, Cavite.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
