CITICON is looking for a Plant Maintenance Supervisor for its Silang branch - an experienced leader with a strong grasp of plant operations and a commitment to quality and service excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of solid experience in heavy equipment or fleet maintenance in the construction or ready-mix concrete industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role at a ready mix concrete batching plant, is required.
  • Strong knowledge of transit mixer, heavy equipment and batching plant maintenance procedures.
  • Well-versed in batching plant operations & systems.
  • Knowledgeable in concrete quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage pressure and multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Educational background in Engineering - preferably Mechanical or Civil.
  • Willing to be assigned to Laguna, Batangas or Cavite -- while the initial assignment will be at Silang, Cavite, our supervisors may be rotated to other plants as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all trucks and equipment are operational and safe.
  • Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for transit mixers, loaders, batching equipment and other plant machinery, to minimize downtime.
  • Implement maintenance schedules and track service records.
  • Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring the timely and accurate production of ready-mix concrete.
  • Identify operational issues and implement measures to increase efficiency.
  • Enforce safety protocols and implement a zero-accident environment.
  • Supervise plant personnel and coordinate closely with ` Operations, and Quality Control teams.
  • Generate reports for management related to production, plant and equipment status, safety, and other relevant documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php36, Php40,000.00 per month
