About the role

CREST Forwarder, Inc. is seeking a CS / Documentation Staff to join our team in Navotas City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate documentation processing for our import/export and customs services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Liaising with clients to understand their documentation requirements and provide guidance
  2. Preparing and processing all necessary customs, shipping, and trade documentation
  3. Ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
  4. Tracking shipment status and proactively communicating with clients
  5. Collaborating with the logistics team to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  6. Maintaining detailed records and providing reporting as required

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or documentation role, ideally within the import/export or logistics industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  5. Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
  6. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
