Position: Seller Solutions Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of Account Managers, ensuring performance standards are met and exceptional service is provided to seller partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated seller issues, providing guidance and timely solutions.
  • Take ownership of department operations, proactively improving processes and addressing challenges.
  • Master and demonstrate the Seller System (our in-house platform) to ensure the team can confidently use and train seller clients on it.
  • Build and maintain strong knowledge of seller accounts and product portfolios, including sourcing trends and market demand.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and meet seller-related targets.
  • Innovate new approaches to deepen understanding of supplier partners and their capabilities.
  • Conduct quarterly account audits and reviews, guiding Account Managers on optimal presentation methods.
  • Analyze data and prepare weekly reports for leadership to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, Quality Control, and Operations teams to ensure seamless seller support.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of e-commerce and/or customer service experience, with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
  • 2+ years of management experience (U.S. or international teams); experience with international teams a plus.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with NetSuite, HubSpot, or similar ERP/CRM systems preferred.
  • Background in account management, operations, supply chain, shipping/logistics, or marketing a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php44, Php51,000.00 per month
