About the role:

Brand Management

  • Taps cost-efficient and relevant channels (conventional media and digital and online platforms) to maximize project exposure to create recall and retention.
  • Regularly monitors all the projects' exterior aesthetics and approved enhancements.
  • Regularly conducts market study and competitors scanning to continuously challenge and update the projects' packaging, pricing, and positioning.
  • Regularly reviews the brand elements of the projects to ensure cohesion and loyalty to the strategic branding direction—logo and tagline, product and approved specs, visual brand language, etc.

Marketing Communication

  • Monitors and supervises online and social media channels such as Facebook and website to ensure that all inquiries and requests are attended to professionally, timely, and appropriately.
  • Ensures that all key messages and brand value propositions are communicated through different mediums/channels/platforms accurately, relevant to the market, and loyal to the company's vision, mission, and philosophies.
  • Works hand-in-hand with the Graphic Artist for marketing collateral's visual conceptualization for both online and site marketing.

Operations and Services

  • Prepares and facilitates sales and marketing-related events such as open houses, product launches, sellers' award nights, investor nights, and tie-ups.
  • Coordinates with suppliers for the marketing material preparation, logistics, and placement.

We need individuals who:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. (Preferably Marketing)
  • 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and brand management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative mindset with a focus on attention to detail and design
