TWIN BEAVER LAND CORPORATION is urgently HIRING for the following position:

Position: TECHNICAL AND PLANNING ENGINEER

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Prepare Project Estimates, BOQ, Contract and Progress Billings

·       Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly

·       Ensuring project schedule meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales

·       Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, surveyors, government office and other private offices

·       Setting out sites and provide technical advice in solving problems on site

·       Prepare site reports and filling in other paperwork

·       Act as the main point of contact with concern offices, local government units (LGUs) and to other offices public and private in document processing and permitting phases..

·       Ensure that all construction projects are compliant to all government and non-government policies.

Qualifications:

·       Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or other related courses.

·       At least 2-3 years' experience

·       Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.

·       Knowledgeable or with experience as a cost estimator is the plus

·       Proficient with computer estimation software.

·       Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

·       Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

·       Good verbal and written communication skills.

·       With Valid Driver's License.

·       Strong willingness to learn and adapt.

·       Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative.
