Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounting Specialist to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and support internal audit processes. The ideal candidate ensures accurate financial records, compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, and assists in auditing activities to safeguard financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.
  • Assist with internal audits by preparing schedules, supporting documentation, and reviewing transactions for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify discrepancies, suggest corrective actions, and help strengthen internal controls.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations and audit readiness.
  • Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting; exposure to audit processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Knowledge of local accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
