Role: *Analyst/ Collections Specialist*

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

*Bonus: 5,000 Perfect Attendance*

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am Philippine time

Work Setup: Permanent work-from-office (San Fernando, Pampanga)

This role focuses on recovering past-due balances for the client's services through outbound calls and follow-up emails. You will manage a defined portfolio of accounts and be accountable for the accounts receivable (AR) performance within that portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers using TCN to collect payment on past-due balances.
• Use email as a secondary communication method after all available phone numbers have been attempted.
• Work within Salesforceand multiple programs in the client's system to manage account information and track activity.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and payment commitments.
• Handle a specific set of assigned accounts and monitor AR performance for your portfolio.
• Follow company policies and compliance standards during all customer interactions.

Tools and Systems

• TCN for outbound calling
• Salesforce  for account management
• Client's internal systems for account details and payment tracking

Qualifications

• Experience in collections, AR, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills (phone and email)
• Ability to work in multiple systems and maintain accurate documentation
• Organized and detail-oriented with accountability for assigned accounts
