We are looking for a Japanese Language Teacher to join our team in Cebu City This role offers a competitive salary starting at ₱160,000, HMO coverage (with dependents from Day 1), flexible hybrid work, and supportive benefits. You'll help learners strengthen their Japanese communication skills, especially in real-world and business settings.

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • At least 2 years of teaching, training, or any role involving Japanese language communication.
  • Strong command of Japanese grammar, vocabulary, and conversation skills.
  • Familiarity with Japanese culture and business expressions.
  • Certification in Japanese Language Proficiency (JLPT N1 preferred but not required).

Actual Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging Japanese language lessons (online or onsite when needed).
  • Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and exercises tailored to learners' levels.
  • Assist learners in improving both spoken and written Japanese skills.
  • Teach practical Japanese expressions, including common business idioms.
  • Provide regular feedback, assessments, and progress reports to learners.
  • Support learners in gaining confidence in using Japanese in workplace or real-life situations.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve training materials and methods.
  • Attend occasional meetings or training sessions (onsite or online)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php150, Php160,000.00 per month
