Job Summary

Provide high-quality interpretation services between Japanese, English, and Visayan languages for factory operations, internal meetings, and business discussions. This position is ideal for candidates with strong multilingual communication skills and cultural understanding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time interpretation for Japanese personnel within the factory.
  • Translate and interpret during meetings, briefings, and discussions.
  • Support business meetings and ensure smooth communication between Japanese and local staff.
  • Assist in translating documents, reports, and other materials as needed.
  • Facilitate cross-cultural understanding and clear information flow between teams.
Qualifications (MUST)
  • Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT N1 level or fluent
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Fluent in Visayan language
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • At least Senior High School graduate
  • Open to candidates with junior-level experience
Preferred Qualities
  • Professional and adaptable in multicultural environments
  • Excellent listening and interpretation accuracy
  • Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
