Job Summary:

HROD Assistant - Learning & Engagement (Project Hire)
will be responsible for creating, designing, and developing of eLearning materials. This role will collaborate with Learning and Engagement subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure engaging, high-quality, and interactive content aligned with organizational learning objectives.

• Create and develop learning modules and materials using different authoring and non-authoring tools
• Keep up to date with trends and best practices in learning and instructional design.
• Support administrative tasks related to learning programs and events when needed.

The Ideal Candidate must be:

• A graduate of bachelor's degree in education, Communication, Multimedia Arts, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experienced in eLearning, training, or digital content development role
• Knowledgeable in eLearning authoring and non-authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, PPT, PDF, etc.)
• Familiar with different Learning Management Systems (LMS); experienced with other authoring platforms like Moodle or SuccessFactors is a plus but not necessary.
• Able to do basic graphic design and video editing (e.g., Canva, Capcut, etc.)
• Excellent in oral and written communication
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and platforms.
