The position oversees the whole activity of the project site. This includes the monitoring of construction status, resolving issues with proper coordination to immediate supervisor/s, timely purchasing of construction materials as per the construction stage, and overseeing safety of the entire site.

  • Supervises and over sees all house construction and land development activities
  • Provides immediate solutions to site problems
  • Land development and Housing Construction progress report
  • Review all construction materials status
  • Request of construction material to purchasing department
  • Weekly toolbox meeting with all the contractors and/or foremen

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Preferably a Civil Engineering Graduate
  • With or without experience, and willing to be trained
  • Willing to be assigned and relocate to different sites of Lynville

Job Type: Full-time
