The opportunity

Best Reliable Resources', a leading provider of beauty products and footwear, is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City and Paranaque City, we offer an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual to kick-start their career in sales.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable products
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to build strong, long-lasting relationships
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Participate in product training sessions to continuously enhance your product knowledge
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns
  • Support the broader sales team in various administrative and operational tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse customer base
  • Passion for sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets (relevant experience is not required for fresh graduates)
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and objections
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive, and customer-centric mindset
  • Relevant educational qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
