We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cold Caller & Lead Generation Specialist to support a commercial cleaning business by identifying qualified prospects, setting appointments, and initiating contact with key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B sales or commercial cleaning services and know how to navigate gatekeepers to connect with facility managers and office administrators.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls and send emails to schedule appointments for commercial cleaning services.
  • Prospect and generate new B2B leads within the Miami area and surrounding cities.
  • Pre-qualify leads to ensure they align with target industries (e.g., medical offices, dental clinics, insurance firms, corporate offices).
  • Speak directly with facility managers or office decision-makers; navigate past receptionists and gatekeepers.
  • Use a provided script to guide conversations, with input on refining the script for better effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications, leads, and appointment outcomes using CRM tools.
  • Submit daily reports detailing contacts made, results, and follow-ups.
  • Begin lead generation activities on day one.
  • Work structured shifts: 2 hours lead generation, followed by 2 hours of cold calling each workday.
  • Collaborate with management to improve call strategies and campaign outcomes over time.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation, preferably in the commercial cleaning industry (not residential/house cleaning).
  • Must have experience calling B2B prospects such as medical offices, corporate buildings, and professional service firms.
  • Ability to identify and speak with key decision-makers (e.g., facility managers).
  • Familiarity with handling gatekeepers professionally and effectively.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills; confident and professional phone demeanor.
  • Experience using CRM tools to track calls, leads, and outcomes.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
  • Must be able to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From Php252.00 per hour
