Performs a variety of tasks involved in the preparation and production of frozen meat products. This role emphasizes efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards to ensure the smooth operation of the production line and the delivery of high-quality products.

Production Operations

  1. Assist in the preparation and processing of meat products, including cutting, grinding, and packaging.

  2. Sort, weigh, wrap, repackage, and unbox meat products according to company procedures and client specifications.

  3. Operate and maintain production equipment, such as mixers, grinders, and packaging machines, ensuring proper use and functionality.

  4. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of production equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.

Quality and Hygiene

  1. Ensure production processes are carried out in compliance with established guidelines and quality standards.

  2. Adhere to safety protocols and hygiene practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

  3. Properly handle and store meat products to prevent contamination and ensure food safety compliance.

Collaboration and Training

  1. Receive and inspect incoming raw materials, ensuring accurate quantities and quality.

  2. Dispatch finished products and arrange stocks efficiently in the storage areas.

  3. Accurately record and track production quantities and materials used.

Team Collaboration

  1. Work closely with other production staff and supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the production line.

  2. Support the preparation and fulfillment of client orders.

  3. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Production Supervisor and Production Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
