About the role

As a Product Supervisor (F&B), you will play a vital role in overseeing the operations and performance of our food and beverage products. This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, and offers an opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and development of our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for our food and beverage portfolio, including product development, procurement, inventory, and quality control
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative food and beverage concepts that align with customer preferences and market trends
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure efficient operations by managing inventory levels, forecasting demand, and implementing cost-effective measures
  • Provide training and support to customer-facing staff to enhance their product knowledge and service delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies for our food and beverage products
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry
  • Demonstrated track record of driving product innovation, operational excellence, and financial performance
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of relevant tools and software
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
