Your Role:

As a QA Analyst / BI & Data Analytics Report Tester, you will:

• Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager you will be responsible for:

• Work closely with software developers to create software artefacts including test plans, test cases, test procedures and test reports for BI and Analytics report project.

• Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot automated suites of tests through continuous integration for value added feedback.
• Understanding and ability to develop code in automation testing.
• Prepare regression, exploratory testing, ad-hoc and retest as required.
• Executing the test cases (in both automation and manual testing) and reporting the test result.
• Joining the scrum activities with the team and performing adhoc tasks from the manager.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to analyse complex problems independently in most of scenarios.
• Detail oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with passion for quality and test automation.
• Strong collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience in Jenkins, Developer is an advance.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Experienced Test Analyst with experience working across manual and automation testing tools in Business intelligence and Data Analytics Report.
• Minimum 1 year experience as QA
• Must have at least 3 months experience in BI/Data Analytics Report
• Have experience/ability in automation testing
• Experience with writing and performing complex SQL queries against a variety of database technologies (essential)
• Experience with BI tools like PowerBI and Excel.
• Have experience in automation testing with selenium tools background (i.e: Katalon Studio or Testim)
• Demonstrable testing within an Agile delivery model, preferably Scrum

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience with testing API using tools like Postman is advantageous.
• ISTQB certificate is a bonus.
• Experience in Jenkins, Developer is an advance.
