Accounting Analyst

The Accounting Analyst supports the company's financial operations by managing accounts payable/receivable, procurement accounting, inventory tracking, liquidations, and intercompany reconciliations. The role ensures data accuracy, assists in month-end closings, and supports audits, compliance, and internal reporting.

• Post sales invoices (accounts receivable) in the system.
• Match sales invoices with received payments.
• Post supplier invoices (trade and non-trade) for payment.
• Process supplier down payments and match them with purchase orders.
• Process employee reimbursements.
• Approve cash advance requests in the BSS system.
• Record liquidated expenses for approved cash advances.
• Verify receipts and documents to close cash advances in BSS.
• Fix any discrepancies in cash advance liquidations.
• Replenish Petty Cash Fund (PCF) and Revolving Fund (RF).
• Monitor and schedule payments for regular bills.
• Record and process monthly dues (subscriptions, rentals, utilities).
• Record employee monthly allowances.
• Conduct physical inventory counts of available stocks.
