Purpose of the Role

The Senior Digital Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality, creative digital and print design assets to support marketing, sales, and brand initiatives. This role combines technical expertise with creative vision, ensuring all design outputs meet brand guidelines, are optimised for their platforms, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email Design & Deployment
  • Design engaging EDMs for product launches and campaigns.
  • Upload and configure campaigns in Dotdigital, ensuring correct linking to products.
  • Video & Motion Content
  • Edit captivating product videos for organic social and paid media use.
  • Create optimised GIFs and animations for web and campaign use.
  • Print & Finished Art
  • Prepare and export finished artwork for in-store print materials, ensuring correct CMYK colour profiles, bleed, and export settings.
  • Web & Digital Assets
  • Export website assets using script plug-ins for efficiency.
  • Ensure all assets are optimised for load speed and visual quality.
  • Campaign Delivery
  • Contribute to four major sale campaigns annually through high-impact digital creative.
  • Develop innovative AI-generated imagery to improve creative output and workflow efficiency.
  • Image Retouching
  • Accurately retouch imagery, including precise colour corrections for marketing use.

Skills & Experience

  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/Premiere Pro).
  • Strong understanding of print production and digital optimisation requirements.
  • Experience in EDM design and email marketing platforms (Dotdigital advantageous).
  • Demonstrated ability to work across digital, video, and print mediums.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Experience in working with international companies
  • Proficient in English speaking
