AMA Computer College Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as the Dean of our Calamba campus. This is a full-time/Part Time position based in Calamba, Laguna. As the Dean, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management to ensure the effective and efficient operations of our Calamba campus, contributing to the overall success of the college.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the academic programs, curricula, and course offerings at the Calamba campus to ensure they meet high standards of quality and relevance
  • Lead and manage the academic faculty, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies that enhance the student experience and support the college's mission
  • Represent the Calamba campus in external engagements, such as industry events and community outreach initiatives
  • Foster a positive and inclusive campus culture that promotes academic excellence, innovation, and student success

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an academic leadership role, preferably in the university or college setting
  • A master's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing academic programs, faculty, and campus operations
  • Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex educational environments
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and student-centric campus environment
  • Familiarity with educational regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in the industry
