An Audit Team Lead guides audit engagements, supervises and mentors junior staff, manages client relationships, and ensures audit quality by leading fieldwork, developing solutions to complex problems, and ensuring adherence to professional standards and internal policies.

Key requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, being a Licensed Philippine Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and having several years of audit experience, often with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engagement Leadership:

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements, ensuring adherence to audit plans and timelines.
- Team Supervision:

Supervise, mentor, and develop audit team members, leveraging their strengths and providing timely performance feedback.
- Client Management:

Maintain strong client relationships, communicate findings, and ensure client satisfaction through a customer-centric approach.
- Quality Assurance:

Ensure the quality of deliverables, enforce adherence to professional and technical standards, and the firm's code of conduct.
- Problem-Solving:

Identify and analyze complex audit issues, developing practical and impactful solutions for clients.
- Compliance & Risk:

Assess client compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and relevant regulations, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Reporting:

Oversee the timely preparation and presentation of detailed audit reports to clients and senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related is a standard requirement.
  • Licensure: Must be a Philippine Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Experience: Typically requires several years of experience in the audit field.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team to achieve high performance.
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills for analyzing systems and data, along with a good understanding of accounting standards and audit methodologies.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members.
  • Professionalism: Must demonstrate high levels of integrity, authenticity, and professionalism in all dealings

Work Location: Monumento, Caloocan (10th Ave, East Grace Park, Caloocan)
